PTK99 Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "you") and PTK99 ("PTK99", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at ptk99.cam ("Platform", "Website", "Service").

PTK99 operates under an internationally recognised gaming licence. This Agreement governs your access to and use of all services provided through ptk99.cam, including but not limited to casino games, sports betting markets, live dealer games, promotions, and payment facilities.

By creating an account, accessing any part of the Platform, or accepting a promotional offer, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety. If you do not agree with any provision of this Agreement, you must immediately cease all use of the Platform.

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms carry the meanings set out below:

• "Account" means the individual member account created by a Player on the PTK99 Platform.
• "Balance" means the aggregate amount of funds held in a Player's Account, denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless otherwise specified.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free spin entitlement, cashback allocation, or other incentive offered by PTK99 to Players, subject to applicable wagering requirements.
• "Deposit" means a transfer of funds from a Player's personal payment instrument into their PTK99 Account.
• "Game" means any casino game, slot title, live dealer product, sports betting market, crash game, or other gaming product made available through the Platform.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer verification, being the process by which PTK99 verifies the identity, age, and payment ownership of Players.
• "MYR" / "RM" means Malaysian Ringgit, the primary currency in which PTK99 accounts are maintained.
• "Platform" means the ptk99.cam website and all associated services, tools, and features accessible through it.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Bonus amount must be wagered before associated winnings may be withdrawn, expressed as a multiplier (e.g., "35x").
• "Withdrawal" means the transfer of funds from a Player's PTK99 Account to their designated personal payment instrument.

To register and maintain an active PTK99 Account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout the duration of your Account:

1. You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity).
2. You must be at least 21 years of age. PTK99 strictly prohibits the use of its Platform by individuals under 21 years old. Age verification documents will be requested as part of KYC.
3. You must not be a resident of or physically located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by law. It is your responsibility to verify your local legal position before registering.
4. You must not be an existing PTK99 account holder. Only one Account per individual is permitted. PTK99 reserves the right to close duplicate accounts and confiscate balances therein.
5. You must not be a current or former employee, officer, director, agent, or close family member of such persons, of PTK99 or any of its affiliated companies or gaming suppliers.
6. You must be acting entirely on your own behalf and not as an agent, nominee, or representative of any third party.

To register an Account with PTK99, you must complete the registration form accurately and in full. You warrant that all information provided during registration — and at any subsequent point — is true, accurate, current, and complete. PTK99 is not liable for any loss arising from information that is inaccurate or out of date.

PTK99 operates a mandatory KYC verification programme in compliance with its licensing obligations. You acknowledge and agree to the following:

• PTK99 may request identity verification documents at any time, including at the point of registration, prior to first withdrawal, and upon any significant change to Account activity.
• Acceptable identity documents include a valid Malaysian MyKad, international passport, or equivalent government-issued photo identification.
• Proof of address documents (e.g., a recent utility bill or bank statement issued within the last three months) may be required.
• Where payment by e-wallet (e.g., Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost) or bank transfer is used, PTK99 may require verification that the payment instrument is registered in your name.
• Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account suspension and restriction of withdrawal access.
• PTK99 reserves the right to conduct electronic identity checks using third-party verification services.

You are responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your Account login credentials. PTK99 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA). You must notify PTK99 support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account.

By using the PTK99 Platform, you agree to use the Service solely for lawful, personal, recreational purposes and in accordance with this Agreement. You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any commercial purpose, including operating a syndicate, pool, or collective betting operation without the express written consent of PTK99.
• Attempt to access restricted areas of the Platform or systems not intended for Player access.
• Use automated tools, bots, scripts, or software to interact with the Platform, manipulate game outcomes, or exploit system vulnerabilities.
• Engage in conduct that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the Platform's infrastructure or interfere with other users' enjoyment of the Service.
• Provide false, misleading, or fabricated information in connection with your Account or any verification process.
• Use the Platform in a manner that constitutes a criminal offence in Malaysia or any applicable jurisdiction.

PTK99 operates on a single-account-per-person policy. Players found to hold multiple Accounts will have all associated Accounts suspended and any balances or pending withdrawals forfeited pending investigation.

PTK99 accepts deposits in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) via a range of payment methods tailored to the Malaysian market. Accepted payment methods include Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost eWallet, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX (supporting Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, and other participating institutions), and cryptocurrency transfers (Bitcoin, Ethereum, USDT TRC20, and BNB).

The following deposit terms apply to all Accounts:

• All deposits must originate from a payment instrument registered in the name of the Account holder. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• PTK99 does not charge deposit fees for most payment methods. Any applicable network or transaction fees levied by your payment provider are your responsibility.
• Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method. E-wallet deposits have a minimum of RM20; bank transfers via FPX or DuitNow have a minimum of RM100; cryptocurrency deposits have a minimum equivalent of MYR 30.
• Deposits are credited to your Account upon confirmation of funds receipt. E-wallet and DuitNow/FPX transactions are typically credited within 5–10 minutes. Cryptocurrency transactions are credited following the required number of blockchain confirmations.
• PTK99 reserves the right to decline, reverse, or return any deposit at its discretion, including where fraud, money laundering, or payment fraud is suspected.

PTK99 is committed to processing Player withdrawals promptly. Most withdrawal requests are processed within five (5) minutes of approval during standard operating hours. The following terms govern all withdrawal requests:

• All withdrawals must be directed to a payment instrument registered in the Account holder's name. PTK99 will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.
• Completion of KYC verification is a prerequisite for all withdrawals. Players who have not completed identity verification will be required to do so before a withdrawal can be processed.
• PTK99 reserves the right to request additional source-of-funds documentation for withdrawals above specified thresholds, in line with its anti-money laundering obligations.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed in the cashier section of your Account at the time of request.
• Withdrawals of Bonus funds are subject to satisfaction of all applicable Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds that have not met the relevant wagering conditions may not be withdrawn.
• Processing times may extend beyond the standard window during peak periods, scheduled maintenance, or where additional verification is required. PTK99 will notify affected Players accordingly.
• PTK99 does not charge withdrawal fees. Bank processing fees imposed by your financial institution are outside PTK99's control.

PTK99 offers various promotional incentives to new and existing Players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the general terms in this Agreement and any specific terms published alongside each individual offer. In the event of a conflict, specific promotion terms take precedence.

The following general bonus terms apply across all PTK99 promotions:

• Bonuses are credited to a separate Bonus Balance within your Account and may not be withdrawn until all applicable Wagering Requirements have been satisfied.
• Wagering requirements are stated as a multiplier applied to the bonus amount (e.g., "35x" means the bonus amount must be wagered 35 times before withdrawal of associated winnings is permitted).
• Slot games generally contribute 100% toward wagering requirements. Live dealer games, table games, and sports betting markets may contribute at a lower percentage rate, as specified in each promotion's individual terms.
• All bonuses carry an expiry window. Bonuses not utilised and wagering requirements not completed within the stated period will result in automatic forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• PTK99 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time. Players who have already accepted a promotion and begun wagering will be treated in accordance with the terms in effect at the time of acceptance.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, irregular wagering patterns designed to exploit bonus terms, or collusion — will result in immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of all bonus balances.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per Account, per IP address, per household, and per payment instrument.

All Games available on the PTK99 Platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology audited by independent third-party testing laboratories. This ensures that game outcomes are statistically random, unbiased, and not subject to manipulation by PTK99 or any third party.

Each Game category on the Platform is governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within the Game interface. You are responsible for familiarising yourself with the rules of any Game before placing wagers. PTK99 is not liable for wagers placed on Games whose rules you have not reviewed.

• In the event of a technical malfunction or software error that affects the outcome of a Game round, PTK99 reserves the right to void the affected round and return stakes to the Player's Account.
• Disconnection during a live game or sports betting event does not automatically entitle the Player to a refund. Outcomes are determined by the Game server and confirmed results stand.
• PTK99 reserves the right to void bets where an error in odds, pricing, or game settings is identified, subject to fair and transparent notification to the Player.
• Published RTP (Return to Player) percentages represent long-term statistical averages over millions of game rounds. They are not a guarantee of return in any single session.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the PTK99 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Account balance, and reporting to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false identity documents, fabricating KYC submissions, or misrepresenting your eligibility to hold a PTK99 Account.
• Money Laundering: Using the Platform to facilitate the deposit, transfer, or withdrawal of funds that are proceeds of criminal activity. PTK99 has an obligation to report suspicious financial activity to relevant authorities.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other Players or third parties to gain an unfair advantage, particularly in live poker, live dealer games, or sports betting markets.
• Exploitation of Software Vulnerabilities: Deliberately exploiting bugs, errors, or loopholes in PTK99's software or game engines to accumulate winnings that would not otherwise have occurred under normal operating conditions.
• Automated Wagering: Using bots, scripts, or automated software to place bets, interact with Games, or conduct any other Platform activity that would normally require human input.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal with your bank or payment provider in relation to a PTK99 deposit without first contacting PTK99 support. Chargebacks constitute a breach of this Agreement and will result in Account closure.
• Underage Access: Registering or using an Account while under 21 years of age, or knowingly facilitating access by an underage individual.

PTK99 is committed to promoting safe, responsible gambling for all Malaysian players. We believe gambling should be an entertaining recreational activity — it should never be viewed as a source of income or a means of recovering financial losses.

PTK99 provides the following responsible gambling tools, accessible from within your Account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the amount you can deposit. Increases to deposit limits take 24 hours to take effect; reductions are applied immediately.
• Session Time Limits: Restrict the duration of individual playing sessions. You will be notified when your limit approaches and logged out upon expiry.
• Reality Checks: Configure periodic on-screen prompts showing your session duration and net profit/loss position.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your Account for a defined period (24 hours to 6 weeks) without full self-exclusion.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or semi-permanently close your Account for a period of your choosing (minimum 6 months, extendable). Self-exclusion cannot be reversed within the chosen period.

All content on the PTK99 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, software code, game interfaces, and the overall design and structure of the website — is the intellectual property of PTK99 or its licensed suppliers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, recreational purposes in accordance with this Agreement. This licence does not extend to:

• Reproducing, copying, or distributing any part of the Platform's content without prior written authorisation from PTK99;
• Modifying, adapting, or creating derivative works based on Platform content;
• Using PTK99 branding, logos, or trade marks in any manner that suggests endorsement or affiliation without express written consent;
• Scraping, data-mining, or systematically extracting content from the Platform by automated means.

Any unauthorised use of PTK99's intellectual property may give rise to a claim for damages and/or constitute a criminal offence under Malaysian law.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, PTK99 excludes all liability for:

• Any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive losses arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform;
• Loss of profits, revenues, data, or business opportunities connected to your use of the Platform;
• Interruptions to Platform availability caused by scheduled maintenance, force majeure events, third-party infrastructure failures, or circumstances outside PTK99's reasonable control;
• Errors or inaccuracies in odds, game payout tables, or promotional materials that are promptly corrected upon discovery;
• Unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.

Nothing in this Agreement limits PTK99's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other matter that cannot be excluded by law. In all other cases, PTK99's total aggregate liability to you in connection with any claim arising from this Agreement shall not exceed the value of the deposits you have made to your Account in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

PTK99 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time and without prior notice if there are reasonable grounds to believe that the Account holder has:

• Breached any provision of this Agreement;
• Provided false or misleading registration information;
• Engaged in fraudulent, abusive, or collusive behaviour;
• Failed to satisfy KYC verification requirements within a reasonable period;
• Used the Platform in a manner that may expose PTK99 to regulatory, legal, or reputational risk;
• Attempted to engage in prohibited activities as described in Clause 10 above.

Upon Account termination for cause, any Balance attributable to fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or breaches of this Agreement may be forfeited. Legitimate cash balances (excluding bonus funds not meeting withdrawal criteria) will be returned to the Player's verified payment instrument following investigation.

Players who wish to close their Account voluntarily may do so by contacting PTK99 support. A voluntary closure request will be processed within three (3) business days. Any remaining cash Balance will be paid out to the Player's registered payment instrument following standard withdrawal processing.

This Agreement and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it — whether contractual, tortious, statutory, or otherwise — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable under PTK99's gaming licence jurisdiction.

In the event of a dispute, Players are encouraged to contact PTK99 support in the first instance to seek an informal resolution. PTK99 will endeavour to resolve all genuine disputes within fifteen (15) business days of a formal complaint being lodged.

If an informal resolution cannot be achieved, disputes may be escalated to the relevant dispute resolution mechanism available under PTK99's gaming licence framework. PTK99 will cooperate fully with any such process.

PTK99 reserves the right to amend, update, or revise these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to Players via a prominent notice on the Platform and, where practicable, by direct notification to the email address registered on your Account.

Changes take effect from the date on which they are published on the Platform unless a later effective date is specified. Your continued use of the Platform following publication of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions.

If you do not accept a material change to this Agreement, you must cease using the Platform and contact PTK99 support to arrange voluntary Account closure and withdrawal of any cash Balance.
